Return Policy

Non‑Returnable / Non‑Refundable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances:

  • E‑Motos / E‑Bikes

  • Wheelie Machines (all models)

  • Wheelie Machine Parts & Accessories

  • Helmets, apparel, and safety gear

  • Custom or made‑to‑order products

  • Sale items and gift cards

These products are final sale due to size, customization, safety considerations, and freight requirements.


Returnable Items (All Other Products)

Most non‑machine products may be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition received

  • Original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included

  • Proof of purchase is required

To start a return, email us at kgadway@wheelieacademyca.com. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

If your return is approved, we will provide a prepaid return label and instructions.


Events, BYOB Sessions & WOR Appointments

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to receive a refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours are non‑refundable.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at kgadway@wheelieacademyca.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exchanges

If you want to exchange an item, please start a return first. Once the return is approved, you may place a new order for the replacement item.


European Union 14‑Day Cooling‑Off Period

For orders shipped to the EU, customers have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days for any reason. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or denial. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or credit card provider may require additional processing time.
